TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Scope of Services: By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined herein. We will provide graphic design services as agreed upon, including but not limited to logo design, branding materials, and digital graphics.
2. Payment: Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of any work. Payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise specified in writing. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of final files until payment is received in full.
3. Late Fees: If payment and deliverables are not received by the due date specified in the project contract and timeline, a late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance will be applied.
4. Intellectual Property: Unless otherwise specified, all intellectual property rights in the deliverables created as part of the services shall remain the property of Orincy Whyte Designs until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, you will own the final deliverables, excluding any materials provided by third parties.
5. Confidentiality: We will maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed by you during the course of the project. We will not disclose such information to third parties without your prior consent.
6. Revisions and Refunds: We will provide 2 revisions as outlined in the project contract. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees. Refunds will only be provided in accordance with our refund policy, as outlined in the project contract.
7. Termination: Either party may terminate the project with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these terms and conditions. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment for any work completed up to the date of termination.
8. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Orincy Whyte Designs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the services provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Florida.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE REVISIONS OR CHANGES?
We’ll have 2 revisions, major and then minor revisions. I always discuss and agree on the scope of the project with my clients beforehand, including the number of revisions or changes allowed. If any changes or revisions are requested, I provide them promptly and make sure to communicate any additional costs or time required.

I use a project management tool Notion to track my tasks and deadlines. I prioritize my tasks based on the the project’s timeline and I always make sure to communicate any changes or delays to my clients.

I always try to resolve conflicts or disputes with clients in a professional and respectful manner. I listen to their concerns, provide solutions, and make sure to follow the project's agreed-upon terms and conditions.

My rate is the standard $30/hr but it varies depending on the project scope, complexity, and timeline.
HOW MUCH WILL THE PROJECT COST?
Pricing is determined on the scope of the project. The most basic logo/web project starts at $750+
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
My turnaround time depends on the project's scope, complexity, and timeline. Most importantly it depends on the client keeping up with the schedule. However, I always make sure to provide realistic timelines and I always deliver projects on time.
